Fishbowl. Segment Builder

The goal was to simplify the complex task of building the conditions the software used to organize user data.

Fishbowl. Visual Design

After facilitating design workshops, and working with another designer we created mood boards and style tiles and final designs to collaborate with internal teams and identify a visual language for their brand.

Transvoyant.

The client wanted a high fidelity prototype created to visualize the product direction for executive management, product, design and development teams. Used in pre-sale presentations, and as a set of wireframes for the development team.

This project had a very aggressive timeline, some general requirements and an anxious executive team. Within a week we understood the target audiences, conceptualized some good ideas on the whiteboard, defined some optimized workflows, developed a few sketches and started creating the prototype which would include a collaborative visual design effort.

After the dust settled we had created a prototype that would represent 3 use cases simulating an actual logistics event. It seemed like I kept getting mapping projects and this one would provide a unique input into the full logistics lifecycle that would allow shippers the flexibility to track, manage and monitor shipments in order to keep everything running on schedule.

I was fortunate enough to sit in on one of the first client meetings they had to show off this new product and the response was overwhelmingly positive. My client was happy, their clients were excited and the product, design and development teams had a clear vision of the product they would build and I had a cool prototype to show off.

McMurdo.

Our goal was to explore some solutions for a Search and Rescue app based on business goals, internal domain expertise, some customer service logs, government guidelines and a little outreach.

So a few whiteboard sessions later, a greater understanding of search and rescue best practices and official SAR processes and iconography, we created some sketches, then some wireframes, and finally a high fidelity prototype to help guide a small development team to the realization of the corporate vision for the product. The prototype would also be used as a tool for pre-sales activities and product validation.

At the end of the project we had helped McMurdo realize their vision, defined some pretty unique workflows including zone plotting and a hotkey activated, quick menu system not to mention the not so glamorous patterns associated with user accounts and an inventory system for fleet management.
